As a Data and Engineering Leader with over 20 years of experience, my career has been defined by one core objective: transforming complexity into clarity, both in enterprise technology and in individual careers.

I spent two decades building and leading high-impact data organizations. My path ranges from serving as the first data hire at a scaling company to architecting global data strategies at the enterprise level. Over my career, I have driven millions in revenue and delivered critical business solutions across manufacturing, retail, marketing services, insurance, and consumer goods.

This background taught me the universal fundamentals of organizational success: how to secure executive buy-in, prioritize work for maximum value, and eliminate the drag of technical debt and unclear goals. Today, I apply those exact same strategic principles to help professionals take command of their careers.

Why I Transitioned to Career Coaching

While delivering technical solutions was rewarding, the most impactful part of my journey has always been mentorship. For over 15 years, both internally as a Director managing teams and externally as a volunteer mentor, I have coached professionals to break through corporate roadblocks and take control of their careers.

I saw firsthand that brilliant professionals often stall or burn out simply because they lack a strategic roadmap for their advancement. I founded Analyze Conquer Evolve to give practitioners the tools, frameworks, and support they need to move forward with intent.
