Terms of Service

Please read this agreement carefully before booking a session or purchasing a coaching package. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. Services This agreement applies to all coaching services offered, including but not limited to Job Search Sprint, Data Portfolio Blueprint, and Interview Prep & Mock Interviews. The scope of services, session length, and number of sessions are outlined in the specific package purchased at the time of booking.

2. Payment & Refund Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session or package. All sales are final. Refunds are not offered once a session has been completed or a package has been started. If you are unable to begin your package due to an extenuating circumstance, please reach out directly and we will do our best to find a reasonable solution on a case-by-case basis.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may be forfeited without the option to reschedule. No-shows without prior notice will be considered a completed session and will not be eligible for a reschedule or refund. To reschedule, please reach out directly via email as soon as possible.

4. Confidentiality Everything shared during our sessions is treated with complete confidentiality. Your personal information, career details, and session content will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. In the spirit of mutual respect, any tools, frameworks, or materials provided during your sessions are intended for your personal use only and should not be reproduced or distributed.

5. Code of Conduct & Expectations Coaching is a collaborative process and works best when both parties show up fully. As a client, you can expect sessions to start on time, a focused and supportive environment, honest and constructive feedback, and a commitment to your success. In return, we ask that you arrive prepared and on time for each session, engage openly and honestly, complete any recommended action items between sessions, and treat all interactions with professionalism and respect. Sessions that begin late due to a client's tardiness will still end at the scheduled time.

6. Results Disclaimer Coaching is a supportive service and not a guarantee of employment or specific outcomes. Results depend on a variety of factors including individual effort, market conditions, and personal circumstances. Our commitment is to provide you with the highest quality guidance and support your commitment is to put it into action.

7. Communication Between-session email support is included in select packages as outlined at the time of purchase. Emails will be responded to within 2 business days. This agreement does not include unlimited consulting outside of scheduled sessions.

8. Agreement By purchasing a session or package, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms outlined in this Client Agreement. This agreement is entered into on the date of purchase.

9. Termination We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.  Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities or loss of income, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Coaching services do not constitute legal, financial, or mental health advice.

11. Consent to Use By submitting reviews, images, comments, testimonials, or tags to us on any platform including, but not limited to social media and online reviews, you are by default granting us a commercial license and voluntarily releasing us to use your submissions for any reasonable future business use. In doing so, we may use your name and/or photo along with any other publicly acknowledged information that has been revealed by you when referring to your submissions on our Website, marketing materials, guides, and any other platform not expressed in this Agreement.

12. Changes to These Terms and Conditions We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.  By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
