All sessions take place virtually via Google Meet in flexible 30 or 60-minute formats. To ensure you have a consistent runway to test new management strategies and review team outcomes, I recommend utilizing my 6-hour or 12-hour 1:1 Hourly Coaching Bundles.
What is expected of me between our coaching sessions?
Real leadership progress happens in the workplace between our calls. You will receive targeted pre-work, agendas, and frameworks to test out with your team. We will collaborate inside a running, confidential Google Doc to track your milestones, and you will have full access to email support for urgent, real-time workplace gut-checks.
