Build Your Career by Design, Not by Chance
Build Your Career by Design, Not by Chance
Lead with Intention. Grow with Purpose.
Leadership is one of the most rewarding, and challenging, paths a career can take. The Leadership Continuum meets you wherever you are on that journey: exploring whether leadership is right for you, stepping into your first management role, or refreshing your approach after years in the seat. This isn't a one-size-fits-all program, it's coaching built around your leadership story.
High performers weighing whether to pursue a leadership track
First-time or newly promoted managers navigating the learning curve
Experienced leaders who feel stuck, burned out, or in need of a reset
Leaders preparing for a step up to senior or executive levels
Every coaching engagement is built around you, not a script. While the topics below represent the most common areas clients focus on within this program, your sessions are never limited to just these. Depending on where you are in your journey, what's coming up for you, and what matters most, we may explore additional topics, go deeper in certain areas, or shift direction entirely. The agenda is always yours to shape.
Leadership Readiness Assessment: Explore your strengths, motivations, and blind spots to understand if and how a leadership role fits your goals
The New Manager Transition: Navigate the shift from peer to leader, build credibility quickly, and avoid the most common first-time manager pitfalls
Your Leadership Identity: Define and develop your own leadership style rather than trying to copy someone else's
Communication & Feedback Frameworks: Have hard conversations with clarity and empathy, give feedback that actually lands, and run meetings worth attending
Managing Team Dynamics: Build trust, navigate conflict, and foster an environment where your team can do their best work
Executive Presence & Stakeholder Management: Influence up, across, and down with confidence and credibility
Leadership Refreshers: For experienced leaders looking to sharpen specific skills, explore new challenges, or course-correct

How do I know if this program is the right fit for me?
If you're feeling stuck, unsure of your next step, or you know something needs to change but aren't quite sure what — that's a strong signal this kind of coaching could help. Whether you're navigating a transition, looking to grow in your current role, or trying to get clearer on what you actually want, these programs are built for people who are ready to invest in themselves and do the work. If you're still not sure, that's exactly what the Discovery Call is for.
Still not sure? Book a free Discovery Call with me and we'll talk through where you are in your journey. No pressure, just clarity.
What happens after the Discovery Call?
After our call, I'll send over a proposal outlining what I'd recommend based on what we discussed. If you'd like to move forward, you can sign the proposal and pay through my Square storefront. There's no obligation — the Discovery Call is simply about making sure we're a good fit before either of us commits.
How do sessions work?
All coaching sessions take place virtually via Google Meet. Sessions are available in 30-minute or 60-minute formats, and you can choose what works best for your schedule and goals. You can purchase individual sessions or save with a discounted package.
Do I need to do anything before the Discovery Call?
Just come with an open mind and a sense of what you're hoping to work through. The more context you can share, the more tailored and productive our time together will be.
Do I need to do anything before my first paid session?
Yes, a couple of things. First, please make sure payment is completed before we meet. If it hasn't been taken care of ahead of time, you may need to reschedule.
Second, and this is important: coaching isn't just what happens on the call. The real progress happens in between. Before your first session, I'll send over an agenda so you know exactly what we'll be covering, along with any pre-work or "homework" to complete beforehand. Coming prepared means we spend our time together moving forward, not catching up. The more thought and effort you bring to each session, the more you'll get out of it.
This is the rhythm we'll follow throughout our work together: prepare, show up, take action, repeat.
What does email support look like between sessions?
Between sessions, you have access to email support if questions come up, something shifts, or you just need a quick gut check. You'll never be left waiting until our next call to get unstuck.
How do you keep track of what sessions I have left?
I create a personalized Google Doc for each client that serves as your running record. This Google Doc will tracking what you've purchased, which sessions have been used, and how many you have remaining. I'll also use it as a living resource between sessions, adding notes, insights, or useful takeaways from our work together. Many clients find it helpful to bookmark it for easy reference.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends entirely on your goals, where you're starting from, and how quickly things evolve. Some clients get what they need in just a few sessions. Others prefer ongoing support over several months. We'll talk through this during the Discovery Call and can always adjust as we go, there's no pressure to commit to more than you're ready for.
Can I pause or reschedule sessions?
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, just give as much notice as possible, at minimum 24 hours ahead of your session. We'll find a new time that works. Sessions don't expire overnight, so there's flexibility built in to accommodate real life.
What if I'm not sure which program is right for me?
That's completely normal and it's one of the most common things we figure out together on the Discovery Call. Some clients come in knowing exactly what they need; others just know something needs to change. Either is a great place to start. We can also mix and match focus areas across programs based on what matters most to you at any given point in your coaching journey.
