Your Resume and LinkedIn profile are often the first impression a recruiter or hiring manager has of you. Getting them right is not just about fixing formatting or swapping out a few words. It is about making sure your experience, accomplishments, and strengths are clearly communicated in a way that connects with the roles you are actually targeting.
The Resume and LinkedIn Coaching product is a focused, personalized experience designed to help you do exactly that. Through two 1:1 coaching sessions and a custom set of rewrite recommendations built around your goals, you will walk away with the clarity and content you need to put your best foot forward.
Here's what's included:
Two 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (Strategy Session and Follow-Up Review)
A customized Rewrite Recommendations document with copy and paste ready content for your Resume and LinkedIn
A review of up to 3 job descriptions to help tailor your materials to the roles you are targeting
Ongoing email support throughout the process so you are never left waiting
What to Expect:
Step 1: Intake Before we meet, I will need your most up to date Resume, your LinkedIn URL, and 3 job descriptions for roles you are looking to apply to. This gives me everything I need to prepare ahead of our first session.
Step 2: 30-Minute Strategy Session This is where we dig in. We will go through your background in detail, talk through your key accomplishments, identify your strengths, and I will ask any additional questions I need before building your recommendations. The more context you give me here, the better your recommendations will be.
Step 3: Rewrite Recommendations After our session, I will put together a personalized recommendations document that you can copy and paste directly into your Resume and LinkedIn. This is the most time-intensive part of the process, so please allow 2 to 3 business days for me to complete it once we have met.
Step 4: You Update Your Materials Once you have the recommendations document, it is your turn. The updates are designed to be straightforward — most clients are able to complete them in about 30 minutes since the content is ready to copy and paste. Update your Resume and LinkedIn using the guidance provided, then share your updated materials with me at least 1 business day before our Follow-Up Session.
Step 5: 30-Minute Follow-Up Session We will do a live walkthrough of your updated Resume and LinkedIn together, make sure everything looks strong, and use any remaining time to answer your final questions.
How is this different from just hiring a resume writer?

What do I need to do before my Strategy Session?
A couple of things. First, please make sure payment is completed before we meet. If it has not been taken care of ahead of time, you may need to reschedule.
Second, you will need to send over your most up to date Resume, your LinkedIn URL, and 3 job descriptions for roles you are looking to apply to. I will review these before we meet so that our time together is focused and productive. The more current and complete your materials are, the better your recommendations will be.
What do I need to do before my Follow-Up Session?
Before we meet for your Follow-Up Session, please update your Resume and LinkedIn using the Rewrite Recommendations document and share your updated materials with me at least 1 business day in advance. This gives me time to review everything so we can spend our 30 minutes doing a meaningful walkthrough together rather than seeing it for the first time on the call.
What does email support look like between sessions?
Between sessions, you have access to email support if questions come up, something shifts, or you just need a quick gut check. You'll never be left waiting until our next call to get unstuck.
How do you keep track of what sessions I have left?
I create a personalized Google Doc for each client that serves as your running record. This Google Doc will tracking what you've purchased, which sessions have been used, and how many you have remaining. I'll also use it as a living resource between sessions, adding notes, insights, or useful takeaways from our work together. Many clients find it helpful to bookmark it for easy reference.
Can I pause or reschedule sessions?
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, just give as much notice as possible, at minimum 24 hours ahead of your session. We'll find a new time that works. Sessions don't expire overnight, so there's flexibility built in to accommodate real life.
